Q. Are there substitutions in the program if there are certain foods I can’t have? 

A. Yes! Below each recipe is a list of possible substitutions if you’d like to make the recipes dairy-free, gluten-free, etc. You can change the protein in any of the recipes as well as swap out any specific veggies you like more than others. The meal plans and recipes are designed to be flexible. You can also mix and match any of the meals.
