Q: How long will I have access to the course?

A: You will have lifetime access to the course.

Q: Will the program help lower my AIC and glucose?

Q: Are the meals gluten-free or dairy free?

A: Yes! This plan is focused on Whole Foods and pairing foods for blood sugar control which are all recommended for lowering AIC.

A: All the meals have suggestions for gluten-free or dairy-free swaps if it contains dairy and/or gluten.

Q: Are the meals okay for vegetarians?

A:  The meals are mediternean style and do contain some meat.  You are welcome to swap out the meat in any recipe for tofu or a plant based protein.

Q: Will I be able to eat dessert on the plan? 

A: You will be able to eat dessert every day on the plan! This is personally my favorite part (huge sweet tooth over here). 

Q: Can I drink alcohol on the plan?

A: Yes! I do recommend sticking to one drink and following the guidelines inside the course for the types of drinks that are the most blood sugar friendly. 

Q: How long will the course take?

A: Inside the course you will have a daily video and action item that is designed to only take 15 minutes per day!  In addition to the daily video there is a meal plan or recipe collections to design your own plan.  I recommend planning for about 1 hour for grocery shopping, 30 minutes per day of meal prep or (you can prep meals all at once ahead of time if you want to save time 1-2 hours per week.
