Q: How is this different from your other courses? 

This course is focused on carbohydrates and how many to eat for each phase of reversing insulin resistance. My other programs are focused on "done for you" plans, this course will teach you exactly how to make your own plan.  This way you can choose your own recipes that work best for you and your family. So many women tell me that the instructions that they got from their doctor was to "eat less carbs.”  This course clears up the confusion about carbohydrates! It teaches you where to start with your carbohydrates and how to increase them as your insulin resistance heals. This is the information that I teach clients in my 1:1 coaching program which currently is a $5,000 investment so I'm excited to be to teach my step-by-step system for a much more affordable price!

Q: Will I still be able to eat meals out?

A: Yes!  With Insulin Resistance I recommend the 90/10 rule.  To eat on your plan 90% of the time and off plan 10% of the time.  There are plenty of options for balanced meals when eating out but you can also eat one meal per week that you treat yourself but you are still mindful of the portion. 

Q: I have the starter kit, is this also a good course to get?

A: Yes! The starter kit is meant to get you to get started on your first week with insulin resistance. This program is the next step and will teach you in detail my entire system over 90 days so it will give you specific details of what to focus on each month.
